4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, Fire For Effect Coffee Company, LLC is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Carrier damages
  • Delivery exceptions
  • Incorrect addresses submitted by customers

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final unless otherwise approved by the Company.

Due to the consumable nature of coffee and beverage products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

6. Subscription Services

Subscription orders automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

Customers are responsible for managing their subscription status before renewal dates. Once a subscription order has processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
