Shipping Policy – By Placing an Order, You Agree to These Terms

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail, UPS, or other available carriers selected by Fire For Effect Coffee Company, LLC.

Estimated delivery times are typically 2–7 business days from the date you receive your shipping confirmation email, not the date the order is placed.

Processing times may vary during holidays, promotions, product launches, or periods of high order volume.


International Orders

Orders shipped outside the United States are subject to international shipping rates, carrier fees, customs fees, duties, taxes, and import regulations determined by the destination country.

Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import-related charges.


Shipping Liability

Once an order has been transferred to one of our shipping partners, Fire For Effect Coffee Company, LLC is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Delayed deliveries
  • Shipping carrier errors
  • Damaged shipments
  • Delivery exceptions
  • Weather-related delays
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

Any shipping claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier using the tracking information provided.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Fire For Effect Coffee Company, LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, returned shipments, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


Tracking Information

Tracking information will be emailed automatically once your order has shipped.

Please allow carriers time to update tracking information after label creation.
