Returns & Exchanges
Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on coffee, matcha, drinkware, or other consumable goods.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at and our team will do our best to make it right.
Order Issues & Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Once an order has been transferred to one of our shipping carriers, Fire For Effect Coffee Company, LLC is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, damaged shipments, or carrier-related delivery issues. Any shipping claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier using the tracking information provided.
We are also not responsible for packages delayed, returned, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect shipping information entered by the customer at checkout.
Gift Cards & Sale Items
All gift cards and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Exchanges
If an exchange is approved, the fastest way to receive the desired item is to place a new order. Approved return instructions, if applicable, will be provided by our support team.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued at the sole discretion of Fire For Effect Coffee Company, LLC.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Please note that financial institutions may require additional processing time before the refund appears on your account.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders must be canceled prior to processing. Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.
